Every step of production, from custom molds through precision casting and PVD vacuum plating to producing & shippingthe final product, is available in one factory by OOTB Jewelry.
We offer high-quality materials in 316L stainless steel, and value-priced in 304 stainless steel, both are hypoallergenic. Also, our material options include sterling silver and brass for both the fashion jewelry segment and fine jewelry segment.
For every piece we provide, we polish by hand until the surface is smooth and free of dimples, then we add your chosen plating (natural steel, black, gold, or rose gold finish). The completed piece will be smooth and even throughout production. Before you send me any files, we will sign an NDA to ensure the protection of your designs under the law.

Our Private Label Jewelry Services
Submit Your Design
Send your CAD or STL 3D file to our team and we will verify it as being production-ready. No 3D files, our design team can convert your technical drawing, hand sketch, or digital image of your product into a production-ready drawing within 2 to 3 days. We accept to sign NDA for confidentiality purposes.
Prototype Development
Once you approve the 3D design, we will have custom steel or silicon master-casting molds made for the sample. This process typically takes 20-25 days to make sure every detail of your design correctly transfers into the final piece of metal. We will keep you posted of each process during sampling.
Sample Approval
To save shipping cost or you want to speed up the project, we can share photos and videos of the completed sample. If you would like to have physically sample for testing, we can arrange shipment via DHL or Fedex, which typically takes 8-13 days.
Mass Production
Once you approve the prototype, production can begin in high volumes. The entire operation is performed in a sequentially organized manner from castings to polishing to plating to assembly. Each process will be inspected before next, which allowing for easier and faster to avoid any mistakes and make sure your production time.
Quality Inspection & Shipping
Our QC department will tests on every batch by AQL 2.0 standard to ensure that the structural integrity, Vickers Hardness and surface finish. A test report and inspection video will be provided to you before your order leaves the factory. We do not ship until you have confirmed all is satisfactory.

We manufacture jewelry using 304 and 316L stainless steel which are both waterproof and durable; they are designed to be worn every day. PVD Coating thickness ranges from 0.03 to 0.08µm; finishes include natural steel, black, gold and rose gold. All jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic for people who are allergic or sensitive to metals.
Sterling Silver Jewelry
925 Sterling Silver is the preferred metal for your high-end collections that have complicated designs. We use rhodium plating to create a bright white finish, along with gold and rose gold plating to create warmer finishes. The 925 sterling silver holds intricate detail well and provides a good base for complex patterns as well as gemstone setting.
Brass Jewelry

Can I Customize Packaging and Logos?

How long does production take?
From CAD approval to receiving a physical prototype of the product takes a minimum of 15 days to a maximum of 25 days. After the sample has been approved, bulk production will take from 25 to 30 days to complete.
